Columbo now known as Tank.

|
Beth:
Happy New Year, hope everything is well.Tank is doing fantastic and
weighs a hefty 22 lbs.,We absolutely love him. I've been reading your
website and I believe we too have a "smart bulldog".
Tank has been able to sit on command for two weeks now, he has also
mastered ringing a bell by the door when he needs to go out. He plays
ball and will bring the ball or bobo back to you. He is one smart
dog. He is currently working on laying down and shaking. He shakes
sometimes, but I'm sure he will get it within a week.
Please give anyone my number if someone would like to speak to me
about a reference.
Thanks for EVERYTHING!

Rocko now known as Bear
Hi Beth, Rocko is doing great! We renamed him Bear and
he brought good luck to the Chciago Bears as they made it to the
NFC championship. He weighs about 26 lbs now and he had his last
round of shots last week. He gets so much attention! More people
know him by name in my building than know me. A few weeks back i
was walking him and i was stopped by the local news and they wanted
fans reactions to the bears making the playoffs and they loved that
he was named Bear and put him on as well. And later that day, I
walked him again and someone stopped their car and asked if that
was the famous dog Bear from the news! He's taking over the city.Thank
you so much for everything!
I couldn't have asked for a better dog! Chris

SIESS' RED BRICK BREWSTER
is from a Champion English Bulldog Bloodline.
We have thought from the moment we brought Bubba Brewster
home at 4 months old he was a keeper!
I am so impressed with his development and his puppies
are proving to be smart little cookies too!
We call him our Smart Bulldog!
When he came home to us he was very much adjusted to being
around other puppies. There were some of his littermates that had
not been place yet. We have never experienced a bulldog puppy that
barked much until Brewster. He was our little watch bullie. He has
gone out of that stage and now is just a happy go lucky kind of
guy that likes everyone and everybullie. |

Gus was placed with the family in Norfolk Nebraska
"Gus". Needless to say he is officially the most spoiled
bulldog puppy in Norfolk Nebraska states

old here

Hi Beth,
Gus has been a real joy to have around. He has such a great personality.
He enjoys walks out at the farm. Although his first meeting with
the ewes left him upside down. Gus is definetly one of the family
and is pretty spoiled. He usually watches in the window when we
leave and then again when we come home. Gus likes to play with me,
but likes to snuggle with Connie. Many a nap has been taken on the
couch the past weekends. Usually early evening he gets the "zoomies"
and runs through the house. Gus likes to travel. He has gone with
us when we moved our daughter to Minneapolis, MN and just today
he went with us to Lincoln to pick up some furniture. The picture
with Gus and the birthday hat is how he greated me on my birthday.
With the antlers Gus is getting ready for Christmas. Gus wants a
side car for the Harly and then he will go with me to Sturgis. He
is worth a million to us. Thanks for such a great dog.

This is a very typical siess ranch bulldog loyally awaiting

Brittany got Rhubarb from us at 11 weeks

Rhuby at 5 months 1 week 31 lbs!

RHUBY as Flower Girl in Brittany and Neil's wedding

Rhuby's Luau Party Rewards!

|
Rhuby is a clunker!! BUT SO incredibly smart!! She's
been going to her puppy kindergarten classes and is so far advanced
compared to everyone else. We have also been taking her to Puppy
Playtime at Petco once a week, and she is having a blast there,
too. At home, we're teaching her to roll over and touch. She picks
up very quickly, I only have to show her a few times before she
is doing it on her own. She's very food motivated!! If she had a
more graceful build, rolling over would be a cinch, however, she
doesn't and she ends up rolling on her back and unable to get all
the way around. She just looks like an upside down turtle. But I
help her the rest of the way and then treat her. The main thing
is she tries. Once we get roll over and touch down pat, we'll work
on play dead...I also think teaching her to belly crawl would be
fun.
I haven't taken video in a while, but I will later this week. Here
are some updated pictures of Rhuby. She has a hoodie because miss
priss, as much as she loves baths and wading pools, despises the
rain. She will do anything to not go out in it, she even avoids
puddles like the plague. So, the hoodie was our compromise. I split
it down the middle and have sewn velcro on it so I don't have to
pull it over her head, and she loves to lounge in it.
She is doing wonderfully in the car, too, she loves it. We put her
seatbelt on her and the moment we start driving, she's snoring.
We have a 6 hour car trip next weekend, and I'm confident she'll
do well with it. Rhuby is going to be a pig this Halloween, so those
pictures will come soon, too.
Stay warm!
Brittany, Neil and RhubarbCongratulations Rhuby! Rhubarb graduated
puppy kindergarten. She was voted "class clown". The last
two weeks the instructors pulled out agility equipment for the puppies
to play on. Rhuby is a brave little one, nothing keeps her back.
She went through tunnels and up and down ramps with a breeze. This
last week they brought out equipment that was a little more difficult
to do. There was a ramp that led to a bridge which ended with a
ramp down. Rhuby did NOT want to try it. The bridge was pretty rickety.
Made out of sticks and rope. Anyways, we baited her and she, very
unwillingly, followed. Once she made it down the other side, it
was like something clicked in her little head. "If I walk across
this thing, she'll give me a treat-treat." From then on, as
soon as she got her treat, she would walk across the bridge to the
other side, wait patiently for her treat, walk back across, wait
patiently for her treat, walk back across....
So! In January she is enrolled in Advanced Obedience and in February
she is enrolled in Beginners Agility.
Brittney sends new about Rhuby and her
first year celebration!
Well, Rhuby is now 1!! She had a puppy birthday party with
Eleanor, the beagle, and a puppy boutique cake. Rhuby has been going
to daycare once a week (Howl a Dayz Inn) for play time and has even
had a few slumber parties, too!! She LOVES going!! The staff really
interact with the dogs. If you go on their website, they have a
webcam. The staff bring out sprinklers and pools, they play fetch
and hold themed parties.
A few days ago, they had a luau. Only 35 dogs were allowed
to attend and OF COURSE Rhuby had to go. All of the dogs got a squeaky,
toy sun and a fun little picture (attached) before they went home.
When she is picked up after a slumber party, she gets a report card
and so far has only had A+'s!! She has made friends with another
bully there, his name is Brutus.
Neil and I got married and Rhuby was our flower girl in
a tutu! She has turned into quite the cuddler, the complete opposite
of who we brought home. It's fun to nap on the couch with her or
lay on the floor. Rhuby loves to ride in the car at night, after
it's cooled down, with the windows rolled down. We go to Sonic every
other week for cones. I always save Rhuby the last bite. She is
a monster, but one that I couldn't live without.
Her favorite things to do are;
*Steal coasters from the coffee table and dart around the house
*Grab the corner of a roll of toilet paper and dart around the house
*Get belly rubs
* Give kisses
Hope you're doing well in this awful heat!

Our Rubee at 5 weeks old

Rhubee has always been the big girl. Nice
big boned and what a beautiful dark red coat. She has proven to
be a very healthy bulldog puppy that we just decided to hang on
to her to add to out breeding program. We certainly like the fact
that she is one smart bulldog puppy too! |
Here is Rubee and Lola aka Rhubarb at 10 weeks.

|
Moose aka Capone left here at 10 weeks old.

Moose did very well with adjusting and Camille said he
slept most of the flight back home. Camille came to pick Moose up
and fly back to Houston with him. She had him with her as a carry
on to travel on the airplane, this is possible when the puppies
are small at the 8-10 week age but after then they are too big to
do this.
During the hot summer months and the cold winter months when bulldogs
cannot fly in cargo sometimes our puppy buyers opt to fly to KC
to pick up their puppy. Please feel free to call and we can discuss
those options.
|
Darla's puppies have been so easy to potty train:)
We always handle the puppies from day one and the children are around
them through out their stay here. Our potty and crate training usually
begins at the 8 week age. When we start a puppy indoors on their
individual crate training this helps them to manage a flight much
easier and also to feel comfortable when they leave here and are
the only puppy.
Moose at 6 weeks old, what a big boy!

Here is Mack at 7 weeks old.

Yet another English Bulldog puppy in Nebraska!

Mack was 13 weeks old when he left the Siess Ranch. He
has been such a good sweet boy here that I am sure he will fit in
perfectly with his new family. |
|
Mercedes is a beautiful dark reverse brindle, this color
is not seen much. We feel that it probably is coming from Tiger's
line more then Brewster's because he has produced all red / fawn
and white puppies for us with his other sired litters. Tiger's sister
Scout has one little girl Rachelle that is this same very dark brindle
color.

Mercy aka Lola

Mercy flew to her new family at 11 weeks
old. She is now residing in Maine. Thank you Alex for trusting us
to get you a bulldog beauty! |
Another Smart Bulldog Puppy!
Hi Beth!
We wanted to let you know that Brutus is doing GREAT!!
He is loving his new home and especially about being a Buckeye Fan
just like his new mom and dad :-) He loves going outside to play
fetch with his tennis ball, which you can't ever get him to put
down! We can't tell you enough how pleased we are with him and how
he is such perfect fit for us! Everyone who meets him says he is
so well behaved and too cute for words! He loves everyone he meets,
two and four legged! Surprisingly enough within the first week of
having him here at home with us he's already learned to sit!! We
have included a few pictures of him enjoying his home! Thanks again!
