We want to make the payment process secure and safe for both
you and us. So please read carefully and call 785-336-2563 or email
if you have any questions.
With the sales contract signed by both parties, this protects both
you and us.
However we cannot ship your puppy until full payment is made. Flight
arrangesments will not be made until the puppy is fully paid for. Naturally
we are always at the mercy of the weather when flights are scheduled
and we suggest you be flexable with your time schedule during this time.
We try very hard to get you flight information to you as soon as it
is aquired. Most of the flight carriers also have websites that you
can track your puppies flight as we do to make sure they are getting
where they need to go. Call if you have any questions at all.

we welcome you to visit their website and check out the available
airports serviced. Also remember that some airports only fly bulldogs
in when the temps are not extreme. So it is always best to call us if
you have questions. We are in the process of setting up ground transportation.
We like to stress that when a puppy flys or travels a long distance
there is special care and attention for them. And things to watch for
in case they would be getting sick from the travel. You can see our
immuzation schedule page here which has more infomation
on what young puppies can experience. They are very vulnerable
at puppy age!
It is always best to call first to reserve your puppy. This is why
you will see sale pending on some of the photos. We don't want you to
rush into the purchase of a puppy and normally suggest you wait till
the puppy is 5-6 weeks old. ( this is the age they really start to show
their personalities and temperments) However we cannot reserve a puppy
for you unless we recieve the $500 deposit. I do give you 48 hours to
have payment to me after your verbal agreement and signed contract to
buy the puppy. After that time the puppy will be place available on
the site again. Again it is always best to call and speak with us personally
if you need immediate information. Siess Ranch reserves the right to
refuse a sale of any puppy.
This is the process we wish you to take in buying a puppy;
- After you decide on the puppy you would like, always call us to verify
it is still available.
- After your confirmation, we will stop advertising on our site of this
puppy. The puppy will be listed on our site as Sale Pending until your
payment is made. ( keep in mind that some of our ads on directories
run for a month at a time so these ads may not be taken off immediately).
We do not accept deposits until the puppies are born and will not reserve
choice of the litter. We want to make sure you are getting the puppy
that will be the best suited for you and your environment. Puppies are
weaned around the 5 week age and are health checked and showing some
signs of temperments by then. We suggest you wait till then unless you
just have your heart set on a particular look. As any good breeder striving
to better our breeding program is essential this is why we reserve the
right to keep our first pick of the litter. We do not place sales on
puppies that are unborn or even to little for us to see how they are
growing for your protection as well as ours. We want to make sure both
you and the puppy are well suited. As a normal routine we have take
them into our vet around the age of 5-6 weeks. Then we do start taking
deposits. Until then if you have a puppy that you are seriously looking
at we do take your contact information and stay in touch with you about
how this puppy it growing. We try very hard to treat people the way
we would like to be treated. Email is very convient but we do welcome
your phone calls to confirm. Email can sometimes be missed or even lost
as junk mail.
- You will be given an option of either placing a deposit of $500 or
making the full payment including shipping cost if shipping is desired.
Here is a list of our accepted payment options
After your initial payment is made we may pull your puppy's photos off
the sales page. If we have time we list your puppy on the appropriate
Mothers page. Other wise we email you photos at least once a week and
let you know how your puppy is doing. After the sale we appreciate updated
photos and information which we ask to place on the "Satisfied
Owners" page with your approval of course.
- At the time of purchase we discuss an estimated date for you to get
your puppy. Keep in mind that we cannot let any puppies fly until they
are at least 8 weeks old. (It is the law)
You should be cautious if any breeder will place a puppy under
the age of 8 weeks!! If you were to pick up your puppy we would discuss
the adequate age the puppy should be allowed to leave. (This would
all depend on how the puppy is progressing after it is weaned from the
mother)
Payment Options
- Credit Card - through your paypal account.
You should be aware that if your account is not verified you may not
be able to make the full payment. And will have to wait a couple days
for PayPal to verify your account. Also we are now adding the paypal
charge to the price of the puppy. For a $1800 payment there is a $52
charge. (this amount will be on your contract) Please Call if you have
questions about this.
- Wire money directly from your bank
Check with your bank, most are set up with this convience and
it's fast.
Bank fees to do this are usually a set amount for the transaction. It
would be best to consult with your bank because each has their own wire
fee which can usually vary from $12 to $25
- You can send your payment certified mail -
We can accept certified bank checks only!
Since we live in the midwest and some of our buyers are several
states away it takes about 5 days with USPS to get a first class letter
to us, and next day service is usually two days! It is always best to
send money with a signed certification on this end. If I were sending
a check for this amount I would want this verification that it was collected.
- It is always best to call and inform us how you are making
payments. I have found that paypal is not always reliable
in letting me know when payment has been made. And you will need to
contact me for my paypal address anyway.
Hope this clears up some of the confusion up and we will certainly
work with you on getting you the puppy of your choice and a payment
option that works for both of us.
I have been asked if we accept payment plans, and no we do not.
We feel it is not right to reserve you a puppy that is unborn
and also we feel that the best bonding age for you to get a puppy
